本文应用现代企业战略管理理论，通过战略分析、战略选择、战略实施与控制等战略管理过程，对A公司的发展战略进行了研究。
在明确A公司主要战略问题的基础上，本文首先对A公司内外部环境进行了分析，认为公司所处的外部环境为公司提供了较好的发展空间。就内部情况而言，A公司主营业务明确，产品质量好，研发能力强，但可持续竞争能力较弱。
在分析基础上，本文认为A公司战略愿景是成为国内行业中有重要影响力、具有持续竞争优势的龙头企业。公司发展思路是着眼于自身核心竞争力的培育和形成。公司的竞争态势是增长型战略。通过总体战略、业务战略和职能战略三个层次的设计，形成了A公司的整个发展战略。
在规划A公司发展战略的基础上，本文还对公司战略实施与控制中的相关问题进行了研究。认为公司在战略实施中要建立思想、组织、资源和环境保障体系，并对战略进行良好的控制和风险防范。
本文为A公司在不确定性环境下制定了切实可行的发展战略，也为电池材料企业的发展提供了较实用的战略思路和方法，同时在实践中也进一步丰富和深化了我国电池企业战略管理研究的内容。

environment of A Company, the paper thinks that the external environment is very in favor of the development of A Company. The company’s product quality is good and it has strong ability of research and development. But its core competence is not constantly.
Based on SWOT analysis, its strategy vision is to becoming the leading company in its industry. Its development route is to foster its core-competence ability. The development direction is developing.
Then the paper also researches the implementation and control issues of development strategy. A Company should set up mind, organization, resource and environment system in order to implement development strategy and put forwards some countermeasures of anti-risk and risk-control.
The paper makes A Company’s development blueprint more clearly and practical under uncertainty environment and supplies a useful strategy way and case for battery enterprises and makes the strategy management research for battery enterprises in China more abundantly and deeply.
