城市社区组织结构分析探索
论文摘要: 社区的发展需要多种力量的共同推动,制度环境、地域条件、组织结构、文化传统等都构成了社区发展的变量.而组织结构是这其中的关键性因素,承担着整合社区资源的功能,其结构（略）与机制的有效运作,是有效推进现代社区建（略）.解决好当前社区组织结构中存在的问题,对于城市社区建设无疑具有重大的`意义. 本文以无锡市南长区金星街道为例,分析了我国目前城市社区组织结构现状.并在结合现实社会经济状况以及借鉴国内外社区组织先进经验的基础上,探讨了城市社区组织结构的发展方向,并期理论研究成果能够应用于社区建设的实践之中.
