重庆邮政物流竞争力研究提纲

摘  要
随着现代科技的高速发展、经济全球一体化进程的加快,作为传统产业重要组成部分的中国邮政,一方面,受到了以计算机、通信为代表的信息技术革命冲击的压力,传统邮政业务急剧下滑;另一方面邮政先前市场垄断的局面被打破,市场竞争日益激烈。在这种情况下,邮政业必需寻找新的生存空间,以促进自身的发展,邮政物流企业应运而生。拥有实物运输网、邮政金融网和综合计算机网的邮政加入现代物流业就是顺应时代的选择。任何一个物流企业要想在市场上取得生存与发展,就必须不断加强自己的竞争力,那么,如何加强邮政物流企业的竞争力呢?
本文从重庆邮政物流企业在市场竞争中的优劣分析入手,根据强化优势,扭转劣势的思考,进一步研讨了加强邮政物流企业的竞争力的对策,指出邮政物流企业在做好自身传统业务和创新业务的基础上,应该把握先机,充分利用自身良好的声誉和网络资源优势,把自己发展成为物流配送领域的主力军,为中国的网络经济建立一条最重要的、开放的、信息化的物流高速公路,服务于国民经济的各个领域和社会生活的各个方面,并成为未来电子商务时代的最大受益者。

Abstract
With the rapid development of modern technology, to speed up the process of economic globalization as an important part of traditional industries, China Post, on the one hand, by a computer, communications, information technology revolution, represented by the impact of pressure, a sharp decline in the traditional postal services ; the other hand, the previous monopoly situation post  was broken, the market increasingly competitive.In this case, the Postal industry must find new living space to promote their own development, the postal logistics company came into being. Have a physical transport network, postal financial network and the postal integrated computer network to join the modern logistics industry is the choice of the times. Any of the logistics enterprises are to survive in the market access and development, we must continually enhance their competitiveness, then, how to strengthen the postal logistics enterprises competitive?
In this paper, postal logistics enterprises in Chongqing in the merits of market competition to start, according to strengthen the edge, turning the tide of further discussions on strengthening the competitiveness of postal logistics response, pointed out that the postal logistics companies do their traditional business and innovation business basis, should grasp the opportunities, take full advantage of its good reputation and network resources to their areas of logistics and distribution into the main force of China's most important to build a network economy, open, information-based logistics highway service areas in the national economy and all aspects of social life, and become the biggest beneficiary of e-commerce era.
